Anti-nuke bots compared
The best anti-nuke Discord bots in 2026
By ESN Systems, makers of ESN Guardian. Updated November 2, 2026.
A nuke is when someone with too much power, or a bot whose token got stolen, deletes your channels and roles, bans your members and spams everyone within seconds. An anti-nuke bot is your last line of defence. This guide explains what actually matters in one, then compares the bots people ask about most. We make ESN Guardian, so we have put our sources under the table and marked anything we could not confirm as unknown rather than guessing.
Every protection included on every server. Set up in about five minutes.

What to look for in an anti-nuke bot
Most bots advertise "anti-nuke". The differences are in the details, and these are the questions that separate a bot that saves your server from one that just tells you it was destroyed.
- Which actions does it watch? Channel and role deletes are the obvious ones. Good anti-nuke also watches mass bans and kicks, webhook creation (webhooks are the main spam tool in a nuke), bots being added, permission changes, and the quieter ones like mass timeouts, unbans and invite deletes.
- Can it undo the damage? Stopping an attacker after 20 channels are gone still leaves you rebuilding by hand. Look for structure backups and a restore that brings back channels, roles and their permissions.
- Does it catch hijacked bots? Many nukes now come from a trusted bot whose token leaked. A bot on your whitelist acting strangely should still be stopped.
- Is trust granular? You want to trust staff without giving them a permanent pass. Time-limited trust and per-action limits beat a single all-or-nothing whitelist.
- Can it fix its own mistakes? Every security bot gets a call wrong eventually. A one-click undo for its own punishments keeps a false alarm from becoming a staff crisis.
- What is paywalled? If anti-raid or backups cost extra, factor that into the comparison.
The bots, briefly
ESN Guardian covers anti-nuke across mass deletes, bans, kicks, webhooks and bot adds, plus threads, unbans, timeouts, invites and events. It restores damage from structure snapshots with /rewind and one-click undo, catches hijacked bots with Sentry, and includes every protection on every server. Premium is $1.99/month or $19.90/year and only changes the bot's look.
Wick is a long-standing security bot. Its docs list anti-nuke, lockdown, captcha and automod; its Premium page lists anti-raid and backups as Premium features.
NightWatch and Strafe have no public website or docs that we could find, so we built their columns from their public Discord bot profiles, NightWatch's slash-command list and what each bot posted while it ran in our own server. Treat those columns as the least certain part of the table. Strafe's profile says you must join its Discord to use it.
RaidProtect focuses on raids: its site and docs list raid protection, captcha verification, automod and reports, with a paid tier at $2.99/month.
Dyno is a general moderation bot. Its FAQ points to its Automod module for anti-raid style protection, and some features such as tickets and levels are on its Premium (from $4.17/month, billed yearly).

✓ = listed · 💎 = paid tier only · — = not listed on their public pages. Checked Nov 2, 2026. Wick: Wick docs and Wick Premium 4 (anti-raid and backups are listed as Premium). RaidProtect: raidprotect.bot and docs. Dyno: FAQ 2 (points to its Automod module for anti-nuke/anti-raid) and Premium 3 (billed $49.99/year). NightWatch and Strafe have no public website or docs, so their columns come from their public Discord bot profiles, NightWatch's slash-command list and the log posts each bot made while it ran in our own server. Features change on every bot, so test on a spare server before you switch.
So which one is best?
It depends on what you are protecting. For a small private server where everyone knows each other, a well-configured Discord permission setup plus any reputable anti-nuke bot goes a long way. For a public or fast-growing server, where both raids and compromised staff accounts are real risks, the deciding factors are undo, hijacked-bot detection and whether the protections you need are included. Those are the areas Guardian was built around.
Whatever you pick, test it on a spare server first: create a throwaway account, give it a role, and try deleting a few channels. You will learn more in five minutes than from any comparison page, this one included.
Anti-nuke works best with good server hygiene
No bot can fully protect a server where twelve people and five bots hold Administrator. Keep Administrator to as few accounts as you can, turn on Discord's "Require 2FA for moderator actions" in Server Settings → Safety Setup, and put your security bot's role above every role it needs to protect. Our guide on how to protect a Discord server from nukes walks through each step.

What is an anti-nuke bot?
A bot that watches for destructive actions, such as mass channel or role deletes, mass bans and webhook spam, and stops the account or bot doing them before the server is wiped. Better ones also restore what was deleted.
Which anti-nuke bot is best in 2026?
There is no single answer for every server. Compare which actions each bot watches, whether it can undo damage, whether it catches hijacked bots and what is paid. The table on this page shows what each bot lists publicly.
Is ESN Guardian's anti-nuke paid?
No. Anti-nuke, anti-raid, verification and backups are included on every server. Premium only changes the bot's name, avatar, banner and bio.
Can an anti-nuke bot stop the server owner?
No bot can act against the server owner, and Guardian never punishes the owner or trusted staff with automatic protection. That is why keeping the owner account secured with 2FA matters so much.
