ESN Guardian, made by ESN Systems. Updated November 2, 2026.
This page explains, in plain words, what ESN Guardian keeps when it runs in your Discord server and on guardian.esnoffical.com.
What Guardian keeps
- Server settings you choose: modules on or off, log channels, whitelists, roles and limits, plus earlier versions of those settings so you can roll back.
- Moderation and security records: cases, reasons, evidence staff attach, and security events such as raids or blocked links. These include Discord user and server IDs.
- Server structure backups (channels, roles and permissions) so damage from an attack can be restored.
- Feature data for features you use, such as tickets and transcripts, levels, giveaways or reminders.
Web verification
If a server turns on web verification, you sign in with Discord (your basic profile only). Your connection is checked against public VPN, Tor and datacenter lists. Guardian keeps a salted hash of your IP address, not the address itself, to spot repeat alt accounts, and removes these records after about 30 days.
Dashboard
Logging in with Discord lets the dashboard see your basic profile and which servers you can manage. A session cookie keeps you logged in. Changes made in the dashboard are logged for that server's staff.
Payments
Premium is paid through Stripe. ESN Systems does not see or store your full card number.
Who sees it
Your server's staff see their server's records. ESN Systems staff can access data to run and fix the bot. We do not sell your data.
Removing data
Server owners can set retention rules, and removing Guardian stops new data being collected. To ask for your data to be deleted, open a ticket in the ESN Discord or email support@esnoffical.com.
